BOTOX is a naturally occurring substance purified
from a microorganism. It is injected in controlled
amounts into muscles, primarily of the forehead,
face and neck.

It acts by temporarily weakening these muscles,
thus preventing them from causing wrinkles in the
overlying skin.

The skin of treated areas is smoother with
reduced wrinkles for many months.
