Financing and Fees for Nodwell
Plastic Surgery -
Cancellation Policy

Your time is important to Dr. Nodwell and his team. All efforts will
be made to accommodate your schedule and keep you on time. To
facilitate the smooth running of the practice and timely treatment of all
patients, we ask that you observe the following cancellation/rescheduling
guidelines.

Consultation –
As a courtesy, please notify the office no later than two (2) business
days prior to your scheduled appointment should you need to
reschedule.

If this criterion is not met and you wish to reschedule, the
consultation fee will be required in advance of your new
appointment.

Procedures –
In Office Minor Procedures:
Schedule changes and cancellations made no later than
two (2) business days in advance of the appointment will
be accommodated without penalty.

Last minute changes will be accommodated upon receipt of
full payment for the procedure.

Main Operating Room:
Schedule changes and cancellations made greater than two weeks
in advance of the procedure are done so without charge.

Changes made last minute will result in loss of deposit. Rescheduling
will require payment for the procedure in full.*

*compassionate grounds will always be given due consideration.
